　　很多人找工作的時(shí)候都有對(duì)面試的擔(dān)心，而英語面試最令人頭痛。面試氣氛總是緊張的，一緊張就容易出錯(cuò)，中文“臺(tái)詞”都會(huì)結(jié)巴，何況英語!

　　■臨場(chǎng)發(fā)揮 英語面試范文：

　　可俗話說，養(yǎng)兵千日，用兵一時(shí)，學(xué)了那么多年英語，好歹有些積累，總不能栽在這上面。那么，如何過好英語面試這一關(guān)呢?

　　外企英語面試啥樣子?

　　各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。

　　第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官，他們會(huì)從你的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關(guān)個(gè)人的問題，比如請(qǐng)你用英語做一個(gè)自我介紹。有些公司，也會(huì)有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個(gè)中英互譯的項(xiàng)目，主要考查應(yīng)聘者基本的語言運(yùn)用能力。

　　第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時(shí)候，有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點(diǎn)，所以英語面試也從個(gè)人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場(chǎng)部，則應(yīng)聘者通常會(huì)被要求談一談以往最成功的一個(gè)案例，或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強(qiáng)項(xiàng)等。

　　如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對(duì)面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當(dāng)然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會(huì)和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時(shí)，默沙東老總看到她是學(xué)新聞出身的，便要求她談?wù)剬?duì)中國(guó)新聞媒體的看法，因?yàn)槟硸|制藥一直對(duì)新聞媒體有其比較獨(dú)特的態(tài)度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發(fā)現(xiàn)的是，應(yīng)聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精神相契合。

　　如何應(yīng)對(duì)英語面試

　　英語從小開始學(xué)，可學(xué)了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關(guān)頭，則對(duì)一些“成功英語面試培訓(xùn)”饑不擇食。其實(shí)，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時(shí)積累的基礎(chǔ)上，注意一些細(xì)節(jié)，運(yùn)用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個(gè)成功的籌碼。

　　首先，平時(shí)要注意訓(xùn)練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個(gè)問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個(gè)“Pardon”，那現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛定會(huì)急轉(zhuǎn)直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時(shí)，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。

　　其次，發(fā)音要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在與外國(guó)boss面談的過程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因?yàn)楹ε路刚Z法錯(cuò)誤而不敢說，大多數(shù)時(shí)候一些細(xì)小的語法錯(cuò)誤并不影響交際的進(jìn)行，老外們也不會(huì)特別在意。如果要說某個(gè)詞卻一時(shí)想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會(huì)導(dǎo)致冷場(chǎng)。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。

　　■先期準(zhǔn)備

　　主要是個(gè)人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準(zhǔn)備要充足，有時(shí)會(huì)被要求用英語解釋一個(gè)專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個(gè)技術(shù)問題。還可去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會(huì)有幫助的。
